#ExpertView: Looking ahead to the 2019 ARLA Propertymark Northern Ireland Conference

| 5 February 2019

In this week’s #ExpertView, Eamonn Hunt, Operations Manager at Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland (TDSNI) looks ahead to the annual ARLA Propertymark Conference in Northern Ireland.

On 8th of May 2019, the ARLA Propertymark Conference will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Belfast and TDSNI will be exhibiting at the event. ARLA Propertymark aims to raise standards amongst letting agents, from independent outfits to larger organisations, in order that letting agents, landlords and tenants can enjoy a better experience when finding and managing a property.

It’s a great opportunity to network and find out more about some of the excellent work being done in the private rented sector (PRS), and we’re excited to be involved again.

Delegates will be able to find out about legislation pertaining to the industry and the educational aspect of the conference is something we relish. TDSNI has a mission to raise awareness of tenancy deposit protection to tenants and those working within the sector.

In addition to the educational aspect to the conference and a range of speakers, there will also be an exhibition space with stands displaying a wide array of interesting products and services from furnishing services to utility management and, yes, tenancy deposit protection.

We’re looking forward to attending again, seeing some familiar faces and meeting new ones, as well as learning about the latest developments in raising standards amongst letting agents.  Come and meet the TDSNI team at the event; we will be there to answer all of your tenancy deposit-related questions.
