TDS Northern Ireland Wins Supplier Award at the ESTAS! RSS feed
TDS Northern Ireland has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry. The ESTAS determines the best suppliers in the industry based purely on feedback from estate and letting agents who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This years’ competition saw over 45,000 surveys completed.
Suppliers were recognised in 12 sectors and the overall Supplier of the Year category. TDS Northern Ireland were presented with the Supplier of the Year award for the Deposit Schemes category. The award was announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane London attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service they deliver to their clients. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra.”
