TDS NI has emerged victorious at the most prestigious property awards in the UK property industry.
The winners of the highly anticipated ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2023, sponsored by Coadjute, were announced by TV personality Phil Spencer during the 20th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday, October 20, 2023. The event brought together the top agents, conveyancers, and brokers, providing a unique platform for the UK's leading property professionals to network, exchange ideas, and celebrate their accomplishments.
Multiple awards for TDS Northern Ireland
The Tenancy Deposit Scheme and TDS Northern Ireland, both part of TDS Group, were shortlisted in the 2023 nominations, with TDS Northern Ireland clinching the coveted award for Best Supplier of the Year in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme category. This remarkable achievement marks the eighth consecutive year that TDS NI has been honoured with this prestigious accolade.
In addition to this remarkable feat, Head of Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland Eammon Hunt, was once again recognised as one of ESTAS Top People 2023.

ESTAS Supplier Awards
Now in their 13th year, the ESTAS Supplier Awards recognise supplier firms who have delivered the best customer experience to their respective agency, conveyancer or broker clients in 2022. The supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition providing kitemark of excellence which is instantly recognisable by property firms and highlights a supplier’s commitment to quality service.
Phil Spencer, who has been the brand ambassador for The ESTAS since its inception in 2003, addressed the audience in his introductory speech, stating, "What started as a small luncheon celebrating the hard work of a few estate agents has become what it is today: the biggest and most prestigious awards in the UK residential property sector. It's your passion for what you do that makes The ESTAS the most important day in the property calendar, and with its success, the competition gets harder and harder."
Only suppliers who use the ESTAS review platform are eligible for the awards. Reviews can only be completed by clients that have used the services of a supplier for a minimum of two months. The reviews are verified by ESTAS ensuring they provide a genuine guide as to the service performance of the supplier.
