#NewsStory: Business as normal at TDS after major fire at head office RSS feed

At approximately 4pm on Wednesday January 9 a serious fire broke out at the Tenancy Deposit Scheme’s (England and Wales) head office on Mark Road in Hemel Hempstead.

All staff were evacuated safely with no casualties, but the fire impacted servers shared by TDS Northern Ireland.

While the building suffered extensive damage, a business continuity plan was successfully implemented.

All deposits are protected, data is safe, and the TDS Northern Ireland website has remained fully functional throughout.
