TDS Northern Ireland attending Policy Forum
On the 14 September, TDS Northern Ireland will be attending the Policy Forum for Northern Ireland’s conference on market demand and Social Housing.
Managing Director Ben Beadle will join delegates from the Housing Rights Service, Chartered Institute of Housing Northern Ireland (CIHNI) and Landlords' Association for Nothern Ireland (LANI) in looking at the Social Housing Reform Programme and looking at the progress of the Housing Strategy. It will also take a look at the impact on the private rented sector and the Welfare Reform Bill.
Chaired by Members of the Legislative Assembly Michelle Gildernew and Nichola Mallon, the conference brings together key players in the sector.
