Proud nominees for CIH NI Customer Service Awards

We were delighted to be nominated for the CIH NI Customer Service Excellence Awards which took place last month; here is Ben Beadle proudly displaying our certificate before it is framed and on the wall!

We are a young organisation - just about to celebrate our first birthday - so to just be nominated was a very proud achievement.

Here is a flavour of some of the work we have been doing in the past year:

• We have been out on the road visiting members throughout the year helping them get to grips with the new scheme (Here is Eamonn Hunt visiting Templeton Robinson).

• Many of you came to one of our 16 free deposit protection roadshows or one of the 20 industry events which we spoke at (such as this LANI meeting)

• We're making invaluable information available to the industry to help track the progress of the new scheme, including our quarterly deposit tracker quarterly Deposit Tracker (See the latest edition here on our website) and results from surveys of tenants, landlords, and agents.

• You are also kept up to date with all the information you need with our member newsletter, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
