Happy birthday TDS Northern Ireland!

Today marks one year of tenancy deposit protection in Northern Ireland.

It has been a very successful first year and TDS NI now protects three quarters of the registered deposits in Northern Ireland. It is a great benefit to the industry and to an increasing number of Northern Ireland's tenants who are safe in the knowledge that their money is protected and that disputes can be resolved easily and free of charge.

We'd like to say a very big thank you to all our members for working with us this first year; Eamonn, Ben and Sean have enjoyed being out in the famous TDS NI car meeting and helping you to begin protecting tenancy deposits.
